EMERGENCY CLOSING OF SCHOOLS

When severe weather conditions or an emergency requires the closing of schools, information about school closings or delayed openings will be posted on the district website, and will be telephoned through the School Messenger system at approximately 6:30am. Additionally, notifications will be placed on CH12 News. 

DELAYED OPENING

Parents will obtain information from television and from School Messenger calls. Bus schedules will be adjusted accordingly depending on the delay. All morning programs and services are canceled during delayed openings.

During a One-Hour Delay, students may enter school at 9:40 a.m. and report to their classroom at 9:55 am.

During a Two-Hour Delay, students may enter school at 10:40am and report to their classroom at 10:55 am.
